The Bylaws direct that the geographical area of SOFNA shall be the residences and businesses, excluding the BAREC property, in the neighborhood bounded bounded by San Tomas Expressway, Forest Avenue, North Henry Avenue, Dorcich Street, Winchester Boulevard, and Stevens Creek Boulevard. The residences and businesses in this bounded area were annexed by the City of Santa Clara but still have San Jose mailing addresses.
